Provides administrative and technical guidance to subordinate staff and gives advice and support to other Service Programs in carrying out the Service&#8217;s responsibilities under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act. This includes technical assistance in the fields of migratory bird and eagle biology, conservation, and management as well as pertinent regulations, policy, and guidance. Develops and presents, or assists in developing and presenting, related training and workshops.
