For more details about our firm, visit www.watershedco.com.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Manage environmentally complex projects, specializing in streams, wetlands, wildlife, and shorelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Oversee all stages of project development, including site assessment, public involvement, conceptual through final design, permitting, construction documents (PS&amp;E), quality control, and construction oversight for landscape architecture and environmental projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Within the candidate\u2019s scope of expertise, grow a practice within the company that is complementary to existing services and aligns with the firm\u2019s mission, including fostering clients, sales and marketing, mentor-ship to and hiring of junior staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Strong entrepreneurial goal to invest as a partner in the practice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Professional Engineer licensed to practice in Washington State; must have water resources project experience involving stream culverts and natural open channel streams and rivers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Excellent writing, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills are required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Experience managing design teams and projects; desire to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Experience writing scopes of work, project budgeting and responding to RFPs. Grant writing experience a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"\">Familiarity with local environmental regulatory processes and requirements; familiarity with development codes and standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
