\nYouth Experiential Training Institute (Y.E.T.I.)<\/p>\n
Youth Experiential Training Institute (Y.E.T.I.) , is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization based in South Seattle. We are dedicated to providing access to the outdoors for youth ages 8-18. Y.E.T.I. works closely with community partners and families to address inequities and we are committed to making sure that nothing stands between a child and an outdoor adventure. Our programs are centered around building grit, self-confidence, and love of the outdoors.<\/p>\n
If you are committed to social and environmental justice, improving the lives of underserved youth, love the outdoors, and have the experience and skills to perform the varied functions of a non-profit Executive Director, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!<\/p>\n
DUTIES:
\nManage and administer day-to-day office activities, including budget and fundraising
\nRecruit and train volunteers
\nParticipate in curriculum development
\nEngage stakeholders and other community members to grow the organization
\nWork with the Board of Directors and participate in strategic planning
\nOther related duties as described in the Job Description<\/p>\n
SKILLS\/ABILITIES:
\nStrong leadership
\nCommunication, public speaking, and writing
\nExcellent organizational and program management
\nDetail oriented
\nWork independently and as a team member<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:
\nBachelor degree or equivalent experience
\n3-5 years non-profit administration
\n3-5 years working or volunteering with youth ages 8 to 18
\nExperience and knowledge of outdoor recreation activities
\nExperience with Salesforce, Access (or other CRM softwares), MailChimp, and Google Drive<\/p>\n
