In this position, you will be able to develop, coordinate, implement, and facilitate aspects of outreach, recruitment, and employment activities specifically targeted on attracting diverse candidate pools. The position will develop strategies to recruit underrepresented candidates, and represent the agency in collaborative relationships with public and private organizations.
