Join the Human Resources Division at DNR and help us build a program around our vision of Making Giants Out of Others.<\/p>\n<p>The Outreach, Recruitment &amp; Development Support position reports to the Training, Recruiting, and DEI Manager, offering key support to both the recruiting and development teams. In this position, you will be able to develop, coordinate, implement, and facilitate aspects of outreach, recruitment, and employment activities specifically targeted on attracting diverse candidate pools. The position will develop strategies to recruit underrepresented candidates, and represent the agency in collaborative relationships with public and private organizations.
