- Performs day to day aviation operations in support of Search and Rescue missions, Fire management activities, resource projects and other emergency incidents.<\/li>\n
- Performs as a chainsaw operator and chainsaw repair technician.<\/li>\n
- Operates and maintains specialized tools and equipment.<\/li>\n
- Performs all aspects of wildland and prescribed fire operations.<\/li>\n
- Gathers fire weather data, fuel types, and fire behavior in response to wildland fire incidents.<\/li>\n
- Participates in crew proficiency checks and drills, safety sessions, and fire critiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
