Having staff and partnerships that reflect the diverse communities we serve empowers us to shape innovative and effective solutions together with those communities most impacted by social, human, and environmental health challenges.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6 ft4\">Position Overview<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7 ft3\">Cascadia is currently hiring a\u00a0Full-time\u00a0Executive Assistant for our office in Seattle, Washington.\u00a0<span class=\"ft5\">We are seeking a candidate interested in growing professionally through an administrative pathway and not looking to transition into consulting work.<\/span>\u00a0The ideal candidate is unfailingly kind, humble, and self- motivated; they are a direct communicator and have the empathy and\u00a0self-awareness\u00a0needed to maintain superb rapport with the team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8 ft3\">Primary job responsibilities for this position include:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Take direction from the Accounting department to organize,\u00a0<\/span>follow-up\u00a0with, and facilitate the timely processing of client invoices, expense reconciliations, and timesheets for Senior Consulting Associates. Accounting skills not required.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 ft9\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft8\">Coordinate the complex daily calendars of Senior Consulting Associates, including planning appointments with clients and partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p11 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Coordinate materials and manage logistics for trainings and workshops.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p12 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Plan and book national and international travel services including flights, hotels, car rentals, meeting spaces, and other itinerary specifics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p13 ft9\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft8\">Maintain client and partner contact information in company Rolodex, and administrative elements of project records.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p11 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Ship and receive packages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p14 ft11\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft10\">Perform Word processing tasks, including note taking, editing\/proofreading documents, internet research, and composing correspondence and presentations for internal and external clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p11 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Provide administrative support for Senior Associate orientation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p15 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Perform related duties as required.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"page_2\">\n<div id=\"p2dimg1\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"tx1\"><span class=\"ft4\">Compensation and Benefits<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"dclr\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"p16 ft4\">Required Qualifications<\/p>\n<p class=\"p17 ft3\">This position requires a candidate with the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p18 ft9\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft8\">Minimum of 1 years\u2019 administrative experience executing office operations and supporting the scheduling of complex staff calendars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p19 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail, efficiency, and accuracy in carrying out administrative tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p20 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p21 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Proficiency with Outlook and MS Office programs to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p20 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p22 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Ability to prioritize workload and use independent judgment to resolve issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p20 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Strong time management skills and flexibility to meet deadlines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p22 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">A personable demeanor, positive attitude, and a sense of humor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p23 ft3\"><span class=\"ft6\">\u2022<\/span><span class=\"ft7\">Valid driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p24 ft13\">This is a\u00a0full-time,\u00a0salaried, exempt position based<span class=\"ft12\">.\u00a0<\/span>in Seattle.
