In this position, you&#8217;ll have the unique opportunity to work with a team of biologists, environmental planners, and engineers to design and execute aquatic habitat restoration projects, biological studies, environmental assessments, and other natural resources investigations. Creative problem solvers interested in bringing innovative technology to the forefront of environmental consulting are encouraged to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"color: #003478;font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">Project Responsibilities May Include:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Stream and river restoration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Conducting field surveys for vegetation, wildlife, wildlife habitat, and riverine features in the Pacific Northwest<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">NEPA\/SEPA analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Performing wetland delineations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Fisheries studies and fish monitoring<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Performing wetland delineations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">ESA compliance analysis and biological assessment preparation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Preparing and overseeing development of environmental permits, including CWA Sections 404\/401<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Water quality sampling and analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">GIS mapping and data analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Assisting in business development for biological\/environmental work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"color: #003478;font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">You\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Bachelor&#8217;s in Biology\/Water Resources Sciences and at least 3-5 years of professional experience\u00a0<b><u>OR<\/u><\/b>\u00a0Master&#8217;s in Biology\/Water Resources Sciences and at least 1-3 years of professional experience in environmental science and project management including surveying, monitoring and permitting; water quality, delineation of wetlands, and restoration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Knowledge of local plant, fish and\/or wildlife species and their habitat requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Experience developing mitigation\/monitoring plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Experience preparing reports, NEPA and ESA documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small\">Experience with GIS and Excel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"job_qualifications\">\n<div><b><span style=\"color: #003478;font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"color: #003478;font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">About Tetra Tech:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-family: Arial;font-size: small\">Tetra Tech is a leading provider of high-end consulting and engineering services for projects worldwide.
