The position also supports Community Work Days, where we invite the community to come to the farm for both education and food access throughout the growing season. The Farm Foundations member would help to train the next generation of farmers, as well as recruit and educate community members to help manage our community farm. The member would gain skills with outreach, engagement and education on topics of sustainable agriculture.
