The Cascades to Olympics program is currently in need of volunteers and interns to support our critical work in Southwest Washington. Our approaches in this region include building wildlife crossing structures over and under I-5; securing and protecting the critical corridors; wildlife monitoring; continued advocacy and coalition building at County, State and Federal levels; policy research and development; and restoration work through our participation in the Aquatic Species Restoration Program at the Office of the Chehalis Basin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For graduate students looking for an independent thesis project, we are able to sponsor projects that are related to our regional strategies. Whether your interest is in analyzing existing data or creating your own; literature reviews; supporting policy development; or wildlife monitoring there are many options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
