Richard co-authored a publication “Detecting Unsuccessful Students in Cybersecurity Exercises in Two Different Learning Environments.” It received the Benjamin Dasher Award for Best Paper & Presentation at the IEEE Frontiers in Education Conference. This award is presented to a single paper each year. One of the authors was an Evergreen student. The presenter was Ankur Chattopadhyay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The work was a collaboration among several universities: Evergreen, Lewis and Clark, Northern Kentucky University, University of Pennsylvania, and Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. It focused on predictors of success in cybersecurity exercises across two learning environments. One of the learning environments was EDURange which has been developed at Evergreen and Lewis and Clark College and has been supported by numerous NSF grants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
