The Faculty Experience Survey highlighted our collective desire for more community building and teaching support\u2014this event directly addresses those needs.<\/p>\n<h4>Event Format<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Morning: Welcome from Provost, plenary by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/sarasgardner\/\">Sara Gardner<\/a>, designer and director of Bellevue College\u2019s nationally recognized Navigators program (9:00 AM &#8211; 12:00 PM)<\/li>\n<li>Catered lunch for networking and informal conversations (12:00 PM &#8211; 1:30 PM)<\/li>\n<li>Afternoon: Neurodiversity workshop by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/colewhitaker\/\">Cole Whitaker<\/a> OR Planning Time (1:30 PM &#8211; 4:00 PM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Space is limited to 60 participants.
