Attendance forms<\/strong> are due to Registration and Records no later than Friday of week one (January 10<\/strong>). Please remember that compliance with this reporting is very important for students!<\/em> Specifically,<\/em> failure to return attendance forms can result in students on Financial Aid owing thousands of dollars!\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>(If you are wondering where to find your attendance forms, please consult the helpwiki<\/a> on the topic.) You can find lists of students enrolled in your program in my.evergreen.edu. Don\u2019t forget that students can continue to add and drop programs throughout the week. They may do this using a registration form<\/a> or, if you are a program coordinator, you can enter an override online<\/a> which allows admitted students to complete their registration through my.evergreen.edu until 4 pm Friday. Please help students find and process the resources they need.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fall quarter student evaluations were due January 3, 2025.<\/strong> Please turn in your evaluations if you haven\u2019t already! Delays in posted evals can mean holds on financial aid, or graduation and career delays, and more, which are very stressful for students. If you are still awaiting late work from students who have otherwise completed your fall program, be sure to post an \u201cincomplete\u201d with a due date if you have not yet done so. Remember that you should report credits earned to date in multi-quarter programs; doing so does not in any way impair your ability to award more credit should students complete missing work in a subsequent quarter of your program.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please turn in your syllabus and community agreement through my.evergreen.edu<\/a> by Friday, January 17.\u00a0<\/strong> Please make turning these in by Friday of Week 2 a regular practice!\u00a0<\/p>\n

Textbook orders for SPRING 2025 are due Monday, February 3<\/strong>; meeting this deadline is a matter of state law, RSC 28B.10.590, and impacts the Bookstore, Library, Access Services, Financial Aid and most importantly our students.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
