Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I share with you a list of resources that Barnard\nCenter for Research on Women<\/a> published in\nlight of the escalation of violence that Asian American communities across the\ncountry has been experiencing since the beginning of the pandemic, and most\nrecently, the series of shootings of Asian women who worked at massage parlors\nin Atlanta, GA by a 21 year old white man, who \u201cjust had a bad day.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you feel outraged by the reality that being an\nimmigrant, a woman, and a sex worker is a deadly existence, I encourage you to\nengage by attending the online trainings below, taking time to digest the\nrecommended readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also encourage you to share these resources with\nyour students, do a small part of \u201cthe work\u201d and post them on canvas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
