Hello Faculty,   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Academic Fair for spring\nquarter is coming up quicker than you might realize!  Please make sure\nyou have Wednesday, March 3rd<\/sup>, from 4 to 6 pm, on your calendars and\nplan to attend this important event.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you probably\nanticipated, the Academic Fair will once again be held in a virtual\/online\/Zoom\nenvironment. We will be using the same format as last quarter- the feedback\nfrom faculty and students on the format last quarter was overwhelmingly\npositive!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty will set up their\nown zoom meetings for the fair<\/strong>. Our friends in academic\ntechnologies have been nice enough to put together a guide to help you quickly\nset up your meetings with the settings that are most appropriate for this type\nof event. See:  Schedule a Zoom Meeting via the Web Portal<\/a>. Those zoom links,\nas well as your fair handouts, will be provided to students on a webpage. Links\nwill also be available to the other offices and support services students are\naccustomed to finding at the fair.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faculty need to take\nsteps 1-3 on the list below by Wednesday, February 24th<\/sup> <\/strong>to have everything in place before the fair the following\nweek.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Create\n your fair handout  <\/li>
  2. Create\n your Zoom link. See:  Schedule a Zoom Meeting via the\n Web Portal<\/a>  <\/li>
  3. Complete this form<\/a>\n for each offering you want to display in the online fair guide (if you\n have more than one in spring please make sure to fill it out for each\n offering).   <\/li>
  4. Show\n up to your zoom meeting and help students!    <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n


    \nIf you have general questions about Academic Fair, <\/strong>Registration and\nDeans Area Staff will be hosting a drop-in question session Monday, February\n22nd<\/sup> from 3-4pm<\/strong>. A Zoom link will be provided via email closer\nto that date. Come by with any questions!
