Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm\nWinter Greetings from theStudent Affairs Program Design Time Limited\nCommittee.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please accept\nthis invitation to join us as we work to reimagine how we provide holistic\nservices that engage together arounds student need. We are seeking cross-campus\nsupport from staff and faculty who engage directly or indirectly with students\noutside of the classroom as we work towards fulfilling our charge from senior\nleadership (see excerpt from charge):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are working toward \u201c\u2026 the goal\nof designing a contemporary, student-centered student affairs program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7        \nAssess systems, structures, and services using framework grounded\nin student affairs pedagogy <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7        \nCreation of a staffing model reflective of a smaller college  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7        \nIdentify opportunities for interconnected coordination of services\nto students  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7        \nStrongly informed by feedback from staff identifying as student\naffairs\/services professionals\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As our next\nstep, we are facilitating two separate opportunities for faculty and staff to\nengage with this work. The second opportunity will build on the work done in\nthe first session, if you can only attend one, we still value your attendance\nat either day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

           \nAfternoon: <\/strong>Collaboration and Culture \u2013 Part 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

           \n                       \n*one hour lunch break will be provided<\/p>\n\n\n\n
