Greetings!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is to advise you that we have two maintenance windows\nscheduled this weekend. During the first, the Olympia and Tacoma campuses may\nexperience intermittent to complete\ninternet service outages. This will occur on Saturday,\nJanuary 16th, from 10 PM to 5 AM<\/strong> as the K-20 Network completes repairs related to yesterday’s\nunplanned outage. This will impact internet connectivity to Evergreen systems\nfrom off-campus and to external systems from on-campus. Evergreen systems will\ncontinue to be operational and available on-campus. Many services (like email, Canvas, OneDrive, Teams) are still available\nfrom off-campus. Remote workstation access and My.Evergreen will not. \nCampus telephone services are not affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Sunday,\nJanuary 17th from 8am to noon<\/strong>, Computing and Communications will be\nperforming maintenance on Banner, our core administrative system. Due to the\ntype of update being performed on the databases, you will not be able to\nconnect to Banner or the other administrative systems like my.evergreen,\nadminweb, Schedule Evergreen, Time and Leave, CMD, etc. during the outage.\nOther systems that depend on Banner may also be unavailable during this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We hope to have all systems operating normally by noon on\nSunday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
