If you are not familiar with it, what this means is that funds are\nmoved from the financial aid office to the student accounts. Staff, there will\nnow begin the process of posting funds to individual student accounts and\ngenerating refunds.&nbsp; Student Accounts will complete the refund process on\nthe 31<sup>st<\/sup>. Checks will go into the mail system and electronic\ndeposits transmitted that day. &nbsp;We cannot predict postal service or bank\nprocessing times, our best estimate of when funds might arrive in a student\u2019s\nbank account or mailbox is January 2<sup>nd<\/sup> or later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you encounter any student that needs a little help to\nbridge the time between now and receiving their refund please have them contact\nthe financial aid office via <a href=\"mailto:finaid@evergreen.edu\">finaid@evergreen.edu<\/a>\nand ask about the College\u2019s emergency loan and grant programs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy New Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eric R.
