Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know the changes at Evergreen in response to COVID-19\nhave been challenging for our entire community. We\u2019re sending this survey to\ncheck in with our faculty to how you\u2019re doing. We want to know how you feel\nabout our response to COVID-19 and if there are things we can do to support you\nthrough this difficult time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may stop\ntaking the survey at any time or choose not to answer particular questions. You\nmay also go back and change your responses. The survey is short and should take\nabout ten minutes to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your responses are anonymous<\/strong>. The survey is being\nadministered by an independent organization, and we will only receive survey\ndata after your responses have been grouped together with the responses of\nother individuals and information that might identify you (e.g., your name,\nemail address, identifying information from the computer on which you take the\nsurvey) has been stripped from the data. Please note, anything you write in\ntext boxes in response to open-ended questions will be sent to us exactly as\nyou write it.<\/strong> If you do not want us to know who you are, please do not\nwrite anything in your text <\/p>\n\n\n\n
