Hi Everyone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a new process for Human Subjects Review at Evergreen. I\ninvite you to review the new guidelines<\/a>. We now\noffer training\nthrough CITI<\/a>, the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative. Whether\nyour students’ projects require a full HSR review or not, this is a wonderful\neducational resource, and we encourage you to build this online training into\nyour programs to help students learn about ethical research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you saw in the invitation from John Caraher a few days ago, the\nfall Academic Retreat will offer a selection of workshops from which you can\nchoose different options. On Monday, September 21<\/strong>, from 3:45-5:00<\/strong>,\nwe will offer a workshop to help walk through the new HSR process. We\ninvite you to join us at that time to be guided through the process and ask\nquestions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to offer a huge thanks and acknowledgement to Sue\nFeldman, Mike Craw and Amadou Ba, <\/strong>who helped with this transition to a\nmuch-improved system!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
