Full directions and details on the fair will be\ndelivered to faculty via email on Wednesday, May 20<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before\nwe can send out the details, the behind the scenes components need to be setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To\ndo this <strong>we need information from EVERY FACULTY who is teaching in either\nquarter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are asking each of you to please fill out this <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/academicfair\/faculty-registration-for-academic-fair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">webform<\/a> by Wednesday, May 20th:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/academicfair\/faculty-registration-for-academic-fair\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/academicfair\/faculty-registration-for-academic-fair\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nform asks the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your Name<\/li><li>If you are planning to attend the fair<\/li><li>Your willingness to help us with a practice run-through on May 22<sup>nd<\/sup>.<\/li><li>Your program\/course titles &amp; associated quarter (you will be able to use      the same form to submit information for all of your classes if you are      teaching more than one!)<\/li><li>Attaching a pdf of your fair handout (one per course or program): Have this ready for each of your classes before starting the form!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ninformation you enter on this form will automatically create a listing on the\nvirtual fair guide sites page- so make sure you enter your name and titles\nexactly, not an abbreviation!
