Good afternoon,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This email is to update you on the campus mail delivery and pick up services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not surprisingly, we have experienced more and more locked buildings and closed offices while on our mail routes in recent days.  With the Governor\u2019s order beginning this evening we expect this trend to continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because we don\u2019t know from day to day which building or offices will be open and because we are working with a two person staff for at least the next six weeks compared to our normal four person staff, we are asking offices that require mail service to send a representative to the mailroom located on the first floor of the Library building to pick up the office\u2019s  incoming mail and deliver its outgoing mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mailroom office hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm.  Mail will be sorted and ready for pick up by 9:00am daily.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the mailroom at 360.867.6482 or LinH@evergreen.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will let you know when we are able to return to normal operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
