We have a variety of offerings to help you in this remarkable moment. Be sure to check our <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/ltc\">website<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/ltc\/\">http:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/ltc\/<\/a>) regularly for updates to this schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>KEEP TEACHING INSTITUTES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Academic Deans, Learning and Teaching Commons, Academic Technologies, and Library and Media Services came together to quickly offer \u201cKeep Teaching\u201d Institutes in a remote format. These institutes use a \u201cflipped\u201d format, where attendees do work on their own before attending to make time for engaging during our time together. If you haven\u2019t already, please\u00a0 RSVP at <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/ltc\/rsvp-keep-teaching-online\/\">https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/ltc\/rsvp-keep-teaching-online\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 1:\u00a0 Create your Remote Teaching Plan<br><strong>Dates<\/strong>: Thursday, March 19 OR Tuesday March 24 | 1:00 &#8211; 4:00 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 2: Building your Canvas Course<br><strong>Dates<\/strong>: Friday, March 20 OR Wednesday, March 25 | 1:00 &#8211; 4:00 PM\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>REMOTE TEACHING RESOURCES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Learning and Teaching Commons has collected resources for\nyou to consult in this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/sites.evergreen.edu\/ltc\/continuity\/\">Academic Continuity in Disruptive Times<\/a> at the Learning and Teaching Commons website is a good place to start<\/li><li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1ZBi20Oet_PADBhyfzl8NfMK_gvfJZaif7jtCnBiH3_0\/edit#heading=h.6yam49pd7261\">Teach Remotely: Workshop Agenda &amp; FAQ<\/a> is a living document where you can ask questions (and receive answers).\u00a0<\/li><li>The Keep Teaching Canvas course (<a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.evergreen.edu\/enroll\/99DCY9\">https:\/\/canvas.evergreen.edu\/enroll\/99DCY9<\/a>) is hosting a growing set of resources and offers a place for open discussion with other faculty.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>ONGOING SUPPORT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As you move towards putting your remote teaching plan into\naction, you can seek ongoing support in the form of ..&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Small group and one-on-one consultations<\/strong>.\u00a0 Throughout Spring Break, JuliA Metzker, Director for the Washington Center for Improving Undergraduate Education is available for small group consultations to puzzle through moving teaching and learning into a remote environment.\u00a0 Login and ask your questions.\u00a0 Even better get some friends to join you! <a href=\"mailto:learningandteaching@evergreen.edu\">Contact us<\/a> today to schedule a remote zoom session<\/li><li><strong>Weekly open Consultations by Zoom<\/strong>.\u00a0 Every Friday at 2:00 PM, the Learning and Teaching Commons and Academic Technology staff will be available through zoom to provide open consulting sessions.<strong> <\/strong>(90 minute, open discussions).
