Mindfulness-Based Interventions at the Social Justice Center
In collaboration with Student Wellness Services, The Social Justice Center will host a mindfulness practice space facilitated by counselor Jamyang Tsultrim. This offering is open to all Evergreen community members: students, staff, and faculty. See description below.
Learn to develop effective methods of specific mindfulness interventions for mild, moderate, and acute symptoms of adjustment, depression, anxiety, and stress issues. Mindfulness means paying attention intentionally and non-judgmentally here and now and choosing kind responses to the current situation.
Where: Social Justice Center, Evans Hall 2205/2207
When: Fall quarter, Mondays 1-2pm.
