In 2008 Jewish artist/musician Alicia Rabins witnessed the global economic crisis as it unfolded outside her New York City studio. She became obsessed with Bernie Madoff, the Jewish fraudster/financier who cheated hundreds of people out of billions of dollars.  In this surreal, imaginative, and searching film, Rabins makes us laugh and squirm: how COULD he?!  Can we talk about it?
