Dear Faculty Colleagues,

This is a kind reminder to submit your media equipment needs for next academic year if you have any.

The submission deadline is May 1^st 2021.

Each spring quarter, Media Services looks at the upcoming year’s curriculum, assesses the inventory in Media Loan and our infrastructure for teaching/learning media, and invites faculty to flag media needs that might require purchase.

Aiming always for clarity and transparency, this year we have created an online form to survey your needs.

Submission deadline is May 1^st 2021.

Please note that funds are limited. When prioritizing purchases our team centers student learning and aims for highest impact at lowest cost.

All faculty are invited to review our inventory and make suggestions for purchase.

Audio, photo, moving image, and multimedia faculty (both DAY and EWS) are especially urged to do so.

Our purview is very specific. Areas we do not support:
