The dye and fiber garden is located between the Longhouse and the Fibre Arts building on the North side.  There are four large circular beds featuring both native and non-native plants that produce red/orange, yellow/green, blue/purple, and gray/black dyes.  Fiber plants grow along the northern edge of the garden.  A large patch of stinging nettles (Urtica dioica) can be found just north of the sayuyay  beds along the seasonal creek edge.  Two Harakeke or New Zealand Flax (Phormium tenax) are found along the center of the north edge of the garden. Japanese Indigo (Persicaria tinctoria) is found in the beds just north of the garden shed.
