Sash Sunday is the founding owner of OlyKraut and the company is the direct result of her fermentation fanaticism and her passion to support a thriving regional food system and economy. Sash grew up in the Olympia, WA and studied Food, Health, and Sustainable Agriculture at the Evergreen State College and earned her MBA in Sustainable Systems at Bainbridge Graduate Institute/Presidio University in Seattle.

Fred Medlicott

Cooperative Development Specialist, Northwest Cooperative Development Center (NWCDC)


Fred volunteered for NWCDC as an intern in the fall of 2017 and joined the staff in June 2018. Fred finished his Bachelor’s at The Evergreen State College and joined the 2019 cohort for the  Masters in Management: Cooperatives and Credit Unions program at Saint Mary’s University. He works primarily in the ROC NW program but also provides other cooperative development support as needed.
