I am in estella, Espa\u00f1a. Beautiful town, I highly recommend a visit if you ever feel the pull.<\/h5>\n
It is the end of day 5 on El camino frances. Que d\u00eda y que dolor. You can tell who is a peregrin@\u00a0when you go around town in the afternoon, by what I like to affectionateLy call “the pilgrim penguin shuffle.” With blisters and massive soreness and heavy bodies, I don’t think any of us want to pick our feet off the floor more than we have to.<\/h5>\n

While on El Camino You introduCe yourself to so many diFferent people of vArious nationalities, and in introducing myself, I am finding that many people find my name to be oF great intErest. When I say my name, many people have made a confused sort of face and repeated the name. I never really fancied my name as too far out of the ordinary as I have met one or tWo other Kiana’s in my time, but I did not\u00a0know it was so rare outside of the usa. It has become a bit of a conversation piece, “I have never heard that name before,” or “what does it mean?” It sparks the curiousity of those on El Camino. Perhaps my name means more than I have ever realized.<\/h5>\n
