missed the road to villamayor, so now in Los Arcos lol

licking our wounds in Estella.

here and tired af. Lol 11 hours between beds today. Lots of sun.

Was soaked to the bone— spent the last several hours drying off my clothes and self, warming with good food and libations. Now, to sleep!

Dinner with Sam at a local restaurant, meat plate and pilgrim’s menu. Will extend this post tomorrow but for now, exhausted. Today, St Jean, tomorrow, El Camino!

Immediately after exiting the secure area of the London airport, one person slowly followed me— I locked eyes with him, dodged around, and he had gone back to waiting for someone else to exit security that was less aware. As I was congratulating myself, another man came right up to me— I felt his intent more than anything, and twisted my bag, connecting with his discreetly outstretched arm. He immediately walked away. I hadn’t even gotten to the information kiosk yet.

Now, traditional English breakfast, after so which I’ll make my way to my hostel.
