Currently, he is pursuing a PhD at Simon Fraser University where his research concentrates on the intersection between Digital Humanities and Indigenous Literary Studies. Abel\u2019s creative work has recently been anthologized in\u00a0<em>Best Canadian Poetry\u00a0<\/em>(Tightrope),\u00a0<em>The Land We Are: Artists and Writers Unsettle the Politics of Reconciliation<\/em>\u00a0(Arbiter Ring), and\u00a0<em>The New Concrete: Visual Poetry in the 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0Century<\/em>\u00a0(Hayword).
